Since the workshop’s inception in 1988 more than 2,000 writers have participated. Many members have published short stories and novels. They have also received grants and fellowships from the Pew Foundation, the Leeway Foundation, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, the Guggenheim Foundation and other prominent arts organizations.
Winter 2025 Schedule
The Tuesday night workshop will meet for eight weeks, from Jan. 7 to Feb. 25. Participation is limited to twelve.
Deadline for enrollment is Friday, Jan 3.

Classes will Zoom from 6:45 to 9:00 p.m., with two Zoom / in-person classes during the eight-week session.
Each member chooses two dates to submit work to the group for discussion.
